Instead of discussing the details of your problems, we will be focusing on how they affect you, and you’ll learn to get through these feelings in a soft and gentle way. Releasing accumulated emotion has an extremely liberating effect, and often a solution (if you require one) presents itself soon after that. During sessions, I work closely with my clients, to make sure they’re getting results right from the start.
